Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you enjoy your reading experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received the book to return it.

  • To be eligible for a return, the book must be unread, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Books must be free of markings, highlighting, or damage.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain book items are not eligible for return:

  • E-books or digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Books marked as final sale or non-returnable

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned book, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges

  • We only replace books if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same title, please contact us directly.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your book. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.

Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or with printing errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will be happy to assist you.
